Go to wagner.onelogin.com and click on forgot password.
Type in your username and hit continue
Select the authentication factor - We will use OneLogin SMS for this example.
Note: If you do not see the onelogin sms option, please follow this KB https://wagner.teamdynamixpreview.com/TDClient/1983/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=126608 that shows you how to add it. If you have access to email, you can choose email.
You will receive a text from 332-334-89189 with you security code
Enter the code and hit continue.
You can now enter your new password and hit Submit.
